These are the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and Christian Links that you agree to be bound by upon becoming a member. You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of Christian Links or use the Web site. By using the Web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You may not include in your Member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, names, URLs or email addresses.

You are solely responsible for any information contained in your Profile and all of your communications with other members. By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below:

You will not use Christian Links to post or transmit material which is:

Patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any groups or individual;

Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

Involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters”, or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming” (To spamincludes sending identical and irrelevant submissions to the website. Usually such postings have nothing to do with the particular topic of the members or are of no real interest to the members. To spam also includes misrepresenting the source of anything you say or post);

Promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene or defamatory;

Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or provide pirated music or links to pirated music files;

Contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;

Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and

Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Christian Links reserve the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.

Christian Links engages the services of an external service provider ('Worldpay') for members credit card payments. Members shall acknowledge the role of 'Worldpay' and acknowledge that Christian Links accepts no responsibility in relation to the processing performed by 'Worldpay'.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

From time to time, Christian Links may send a 'cookie' to your computer in order to assist with the proper functioning of the website.

Disclaimer of warranties
You expressly agree that use of Christian Links   is at your own risk. Christian Links shall not be responsible to you for any content found on Christian Links. Christian Links expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Christian Links makes no warranty that Christian Links will be timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements; nor does Christian Links make any warranty as to the results that maybe obtained from the use of Christian Links or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through Christian Links. No advice or information, whether oral or written obtained by you from Christian Links shall create a warranty not expressly made herein. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Christian Links is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible far any damages to your computer or loss of data that results in the downloads of such content.
