Help
I've signed in, but it keeps asking me to sign in again.
This is normally because your computer is not accepting cookies. A
cookie is a very small file placed on your computer so that once you are signed
in we know who you are. It contains no personal information. Some products such
as Nortons Internet Security can get a bit carried away and block all cookies
rather than just the ones that could compromise your privacy (3rd party
cookies). Rest assured, the cookies we use aren't used to store any personal
information and can't be shared with other sites.
Can I see the last date someone signed in?
We don't show this as we don't think it's a fair indicator of activity
on our site. If you contact a member, an email is sent to them, so it doesn't
really matter when they last visited the site. However, members are encouraged
to visit the site every month or so as we get new members daily.
How do I cancel my account?
To remove your account, go here.
How do I upload an image?
If you are a member, you can upload an image from this page.
I've uploaded my image but it's not working!
This could be a few things:
- Your image has uploaded, but it's just showing an old version on the page. Click refresh and try again.
- Your image was too big. Images should be below 300Kb. If you need help compressing your files, try here or here.
- The image isn't a JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG or BMP. Most digital cameras output JPG/JPEG files. Try and convert it into this format.
I sent someone a message but it's not in my sent items box. Did it get sent?
The sent items box is definitive - if it's not in there, it didn't get sent.
